<br />KNOW ALL MEN HY-THESE PRESENTS: That FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States corporation, of the County of
<br />Lancaster,-State of Nebraska, in consideration of the payment of the
<br />sum of Forty-two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,000.00), and other
<br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
<br />hereby sell and convey unto ROLLAND R. BENNETT AND KAREN J. BENNETT,
