WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated Mey 4, 1981 and recorded as document no. 81-002373 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hali County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the covenants, conditions and restrictions conta'..ted therein, and WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements, the Community Development Agency will furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and WHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in said deed, and WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand Zsland Nebraska has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller, NOW THEREFORE, The Community Development Agency of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereby certifies that the said ~~urchaser has completed the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in the said deed. This certi- ficate constitutes a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termina- tion of the covenants and agreements in said contract and deed with respect to the obligations of the purchaser to complete the .(construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements ca lied for in said deed...
