Donald L. .iourdan, tying first duly sworn, states that I am an adult and a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. I was the sur- veyor who prepared a survey of the captioned real estate for the purpose of defining the real estate in the Master Deed which cre- ated the San Marcos Condominium Prooerty Regime I, which was filed with Che Master Deed as Document No. 81-003007 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, Since the preparation and fi,Ling of the original survey which was dated '"4-16-81", I have reviewed the survey and find that an error in the legal dimension was spawn on the original survey. The error described "The North 150.00 feet of the West 45.9 feet***" of Lot 1 in Lindsay Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The legal description should have read "The North 150.OG feet of the West 49.5 feet***".
