<br />called the. Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell; convey and
<br />confirm unto THE SAN MARGOS, a Partnership, the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3} and Four (4), in
<br />Lindsay Subdivision to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantee's
<br />successors slid assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with
<br />the said Grantees and with Grantee's successors and assigns,
<br />that we are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are
<br />free from a~ncumbrance, except mortgages of record, and that
<br />we have good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said prP~ises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all
<br />right, title, claim and interest in and to the above de'
<br />scribed premises.
