8 I --~~ ~ 5'~ 96 <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory <br />note hereina`ter described, the undersigned, Thomas M. Nelson and Maureen Nelson , <br />hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First National <br />Sank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,- or order, the principal sum of <br />TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND :VD NO/100--- ---------------------- ($ 27,000.00 )~ <br />together with interest thereon at 18 per cent per annum from the date hereof, <br />such sum to be payable on February 16, 1982 Interest shall be payable at maturity <br />an February 16, 1982 <br />The original principal note in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS----, <br />($ 30,000.00) was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of <br />July 9: 1980 to The First National Bank of Grmnd Island, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, and was dye and payable on the 9th a,sy of January 1981 together <br />with interest at 14 per cent per annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage <br />to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Document II80-003381 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of TWENTY-SEVEN <br />THOUSAND AND N~100---------($ 27000.00), together with interest thereon at <br />18 per cent per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful <br />money of the United States of America at The First National Bank of Grand Island, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />All of the covenants and agreements fn such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage <br />above-described, other than hereiabefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and <br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made. in payment <br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become <br />immediately due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof. <br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness, <br />I hereby ratify and ~onfizm such mortgage recorded as Document 1180-003381 <br />in Real Estate Mortgage records of Hall Gounty, Nebraska , as <br />the first mortgage lien upon the real property described therein, and the whole of <br />the title thereto as now owned by me. <br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with referancv to and an t,tzc faith <br />and czedit of their property, ~*hich they now oan or have mn interest in or hereafter <br />may acquire; the express intention being to charge and to continue to charge any mnd <br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the payment of which is <br />~eraia €xtendsd. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto s their hands this 17Th day of <br />November, 1981 ' <br />.-~~. <br />mss e'son <br />~q <br />aureen Nelson <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)5S. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />On Chia 17th day of November, 1981 before me, the undersigned a Notary Public, <br />in and for ~L~ County, personally came Thomas M.
