<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />ALBERT W. EiEDGECOCR, herein called the Grantor, for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR (61.00) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration received from Grantee, does
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HEDGECOCK
<br />FARMS, a ger..:ral partnership, the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W'~SW~), of
<br />Section Twenty-Nine i29), Township Ten {10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />An undivided one-half (~) interest in and to the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEB,) of Section Twenty-Nine (29),
<br />Township Ten {10) North, Range Eleven ill), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except 3.718
<br />acres thereof deeded to the County of Hall, as shown
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Book 164, Page 591.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
<br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever. And I hereby
<br />covenant with the said Grantee and with Grantee's successors
<br />and assigns, that Z am lawfully seized of said premises,
<br />that they are free from encumbrance, except easements of
<br />record, and that I have good right and lawful authority to
<br />sell the same; and I hereby covenant to warrant and defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever. And the said Grantor hereby relinquishes
<br />all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above
<br />described premises.

<br />Ruth E. Hedgecock, spouse of Albert W. Hedgecock,
<br />hereby fi) consents to the above and foregoing Deed and the
<br />conueyance thereby of Albert W. Hedgecock's undivided one-
<br />half {#) interest in and to the real estate described
<br />therein and {ii) acknowledges that she has no further right,
<br />title, claim or interest in ar to that real estate which was
<br />the sole property of Albert w. Hedgecock.
