ALLEN and CATHERINE M. <br />ALLEN, husband and wife, as jcint tenants with right of survi- <br />vorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, <br />the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Two (7), J.S.C.
