DOtJGLASS, a single woman, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of settlement of property through dissolution <br />of marriage, and for other valuable consideration, conveys <br />to Charles A. Douglass, a single man, all of her share, <br />estate, title and interest in the real property located in <br />the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and described as <br />follows: <br />Lot Three t3), Block Sixteen (16), in <br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. Has legal power and lawful authority to con- <br />vey the same; <br />2.
