Such conveyance <br />and tiClt shall, in addition to the condition subsequent provided far in Section <br />784 hereof, and to all other conditions, covenants, and restrictions set forth <br />or referred to elaeevhere in the Agreement, to be subject to: <br />(1) Such easements ae it shalt have been necessary, pursuant <br />to the Urban Renewal Pian, forthe Agency to dedicate or <br />grant, or shall be necessary at the time of the conveyance <br />for the Agency to reserve, for itself or for future <br />dedication or grant, for se~oera, drains, avatar and gas <br />diatriliutioa lir=as, electric, telph~e and telegraph <br />__ -- iallatia~ ri~ta-Qf-may and- access,- ~d o__thar pu_blie <br />or prfvate utilities and fasilitiea; or as described or <br />referred to in "Schedule A", Description of Property, <br />(2) All conditions, conennanta and restrictions contained in <br />said Urban Renewal Flan and Parts I and II of this contract <br />lanown as Form No. NUD-6209A and 8UD-62098. <br /> <br />
