<br />entered-into a certain written DISASTER REPAIR AGREFtiENT dated the 19th _

<br />murnicipal corporation (hereinafter usually referred to as "City"), acting
<br />through its Community Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling on
<br />premises owned by Hotneowr.er which are hereinafter described, and for the granting
<br />by City to Homeowner ut federal funds in the amount. of One Tt-ausand Nice Hundred
<br />'1ltEU.tY-Seven and 00/100 ------------- Dollars ($ 1,927.00 ---------) to be applied
<br />in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and
<br />WEIEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has, among or_her things, agreed (a) Co
<br />repay such amount or„ as the case may be, a part thereof to City in.certain cir-
<br />cumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and i_b) to execute and deliver to City an
<br />instrcmtent in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to secure
<br />such repayment,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEDIE:N'I' with City, Harold
<br />and Rose g~oa husband and wife (hereinabove and herein-
<br />helow referred to as 'hlomeowner"'). do hereb~.~ grant to CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEARASKA, A Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />following described real escar.e situated in hall County, Nebraska;

<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof,
<br />to secure repayment r.o r.he Citv of i;rand Island, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove referred to or, as the case,may
<br />be. a part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth to the
<br />DISASTER REPAIR AGREEMENT to which reference is made hereinabove.
<br />1'he lien herein granted shall run with the premises for a period of two

<br />and, except as provided itt such AGREEMENT. the personal representatives, heirs,
