<br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />HELEN A. McCULLOUGH and FLOYD 5. McCULLOUGH, her husband, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND <br />OTHER GOOD AND SUFFICIENT CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HELEN A. McCULLOUGH <br />and FLOY6 S. McCULLOUGH, wife and husband, as joint tenants with <br />right of survivor4hip and not as tenants in common, herein called <br />the Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Seventeen (I7), Baker's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the.
