William L. Harrison, Personal Representative of the Estate of Pearl Mae Harrison, Deceased, and Philip Harrison, being each first duly sworn on their oath depose and say, as follows: 1. William L. Harrison is the Personal Representative and life tenant beneficiary of decedent's interest in real estate by appointment of this Court, and as provided in the Last Wi11 and Testament of the decedent; 2. This Affidavit is given with respect to the following particularly described tract of real estate: A tract of Iand•comprising a part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N~NW~) of Section Thirty- Five (35) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West Line of said Section Thirty-Five (35) said paint being Forty (40.0) feet south of the Northwest corner of said Section Thirty-Five (35); thence easterly parallel to the north line of said Section Thirty-Five (35), and along the south line of Husker Highway, a distance of One TFiousaTtd One Hunz~red Seventy One and Sixty Two Hundredths (1,171,62) feet; thence southerly parallel to the west line of said Section Thirty dive (33): a distance of Eig`rTt Hundred Fourteen aT~d Ninety F~ve Hundreds ($14.95) feet; thence deflecting right 89 49'35" and running westerly, a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Seventy One and Sixty Two Hundredths (1,171.62) feet to the west line of said Section Thirty Five (35}; thence northerlyy along the west line of said Section Thirty Five (35), a distance of Eight Hundred Nineteen and Forty-five Hundredths ($19.45) feet to the place of beginning and containing 21.980 acres more or Less. 3. Philip Harrison is the son of the decedent and is granted a first right to purchase any farm real estate which was owned by the decedent, as provided in paragraph V of her Will. 4. William L, Harrison certifies that Philip Harrison has Trot exercised or attempted to exercise such first right of purchase.
