Harrison, Personal Representative of the Estate <br />of Pearl Mae Harrison, Deceased, and Philip Harrison, being each <br />first duly sworn on their oath depose and say, as follows: <br />1. William L. Harrison is the Personal Representative and <br />life tenant beneficiary of decedent's interest in real estate by <br />appointment of this Court, and as provided in the Last Wi11 and <br />Testament of the decedent; <br />2. This Affidavit is given with respect to the following <br />particularly described tract of real estate: <br />A tract of Iand•comprising a part of the North Half <br />of the Northwest Quarter (N~NW~) of Section Thirty- <br />Five (35) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the West Line of said <br />Section Thirty-Five (35) said paint being Forty (40.0) <br />feet south of the Northwest corner of said Section <br />Thirty-Five (35); thence easterly parallel to the <br />north line of said Section Thirty-Five (35), and <br />along the south line of Husker Highway, a distance <br />of One TFiousaTtd One Hunz~red Seventy One and Sixty <br />Two Hundredths (1,171,62) feet; thence southerly <br />parallel to the west line of said Section Thirty <br />dive (33): a distance of Eig`rTt Hundred Fourteen aT~d <br />Ninety F~ve Hundreds ($14.95) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 89 49'35" and running westerly, a distance of <br />One Thousand One Hundred Seventy One and Sixty Two <br />Hundredths (1,171.62) feet to the west line of said <br />Section Thirty Five (35}; thence northerlyy along the <br />west line of said Section Thirty Five (35), a distance <br />of Eight Hundred Nineteen and Forty-five Hundredths <br />($19.45) feet to the place of beginning and containing <br />21.980 acres more or Less. <br />3. Philip Harrison is the son of the decedent and is granted <br />a first right to purchase any farm real estate which was owned by the <br />decedent, as provided in paragraph V of her Will. <br />4.
