On this date, he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska. 2. Qn July 26, 1978, he completed a survey of "Colonial Estates Second Subdivision", City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at the Register of Deeds Office in the Hall County Courthouse. 3. He has this data re-examined the plat of said "Colonial Estates Second Subdivision" as recorded at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska and has found several errors on lot dimensions shown on said plat. 4. He hereby certifies that the dimensions on the west Iine of Lot Fifteen (15), Block Three (3), "Colonial Estates Second Subdivision", shall now read Three and Eleven Hundredths (3.11) feet in lieu o£ Three and Twenty One Hundredths (3.21) feet as now shown on said plat, this dimension being erroneous, Trull and void; chord distance shall now ready Fifty One and Nine Tenths (51.9) feet in lieu of Fifty and Sixty Two Hundredths (50.62) feet as now shown on said plat, this dimension being erroneous, null and void; Seventy Three and Three Hundredths (73.03) feet in lieu of Seventy Twa and Ninety Two Hundredths (72.92) feet as now shown on said plat, this dimension=oeing erroneous, null and void; the chord distance on the west side of Kennedy Drive opposite said Lot IS shall read Seventy and Twenty Three Hundredths (70,23; Beet in lieu of Sixty Eight and Forty Nine Hun- dredt.'TS (68.49) feet as shown on said plat, this dimension being erroneous, null and void; the dimension on the north line of Lot Eight ($), Block T'wo (2) "Colonial Estates Second Subdivision", sha21 now read Two Hundred Eighty Six and Twenty Six Hundredths (286,26) feet in lieu of Two Hundred Eighty Six and Forty Nine Hundredths (286.49) feet as shown on said plat, this dimension being erroneous, null and void; the dimension on the north line of Lot Seven (7), Block 'Iwo (2) "colonial Estates Second Subdivision, shall now read Two Hundred Forty Five and Ninety Two Hundredths (245.92) feet in lieu of Two Hundred Forty Five and Fifteen Hundredths (295.15) feet as now shown on said plat, this d;nension being erroneous, mill and void; the :fiord distance on the west line of Lot Six (6), Block Two (2) "Colonial Estates Second Subdivision" shall now read Seventy and Twenty Three Hun- dredths (70.23) feet in lieu of Sixty Eight and Forty Nine Hundredths (68.49) feet as shown on plat, this dimension being erroneous, null and void; the chord distance on the west side of Kennedy Drive opposite said Lot b shall now read Fifty One and Nine Tenths (51.9) feet in lieu of Fifty and Sixty Two Hundredths (50.62) feet, this dimension being erroneous, null and void.
