<br />Upon acceleration under paragraph Zg hereof or abandonment of the Froperry, Lender, in person, by agent ar by
<br />judicially appointed receiver, shall be entitled to enter upon, take possession of and mznage the Froperty and to colku the
<br />rents of the Property itcluding those past due. Ril rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied fiat to paymrnt

<br />receiver shall be liable to account only for those rents ac•ualty received.

<br />by Trustee to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advarxes, with interest thereon. shall be
<br />secured by this Deed of Trusi when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said Hates are secured hereby. Ai nn time shall
<br />the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Dced of Trust, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith
