(a) Additional land within Lafayette Park Subdivision in the City of Grand Zsland, Hall County, Nebraska, may be annexed by the Declarant without the consent of the members with. tern (10) years of the date of this instrument provided that the FHA and the VA determine that the annexa- tion is in accord with the general plan here~ofore approved by them. (b) The covenants and restrictions of this Declaration shall run with and bind the land for a term of fifteen (15) years from the date this Declaration is recorded after which time it shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years. This Declaration may be amended during the first fifteen-year period by an instrument signed by the Owners of-not less than seventy per cent (707,) of the Lots, and thereafter by an instrument signed by the Owners of not less than fifty per cent (507) of the Lots. Any amend- ment must be recorded. Section 4. FHA A royal. As long as there are Declarant Members, e o -owing actions wi 1 require the prior approval of the Federal Housing Administration: Annexation of additional progenies, dedication of Common Area, and amendment of this Declaration.
