t <br />WARRANTY DEED 4 ~ `~y3 ~) ~ u ~ „~ <br />AUGOSTA BOLTZ, widow, and MZLDRED DIBBERN and ELMER DIBBERN, <br />wife and husband, herein called the Grantors, for and in consider- <br />ation of the sum of One Dollar and exchange of real estate received <br />from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />MAMIE BOLTZ, herein called the Grantee, the following-described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Our undivided two-third interest in the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW~NE~) and Lot <br />Two (2) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Ten <br />(10) North, Range Ten (10) West (except 9.15 acres <br />conveyed to the State of Nebraska for Interstate 80 <br />recorded in Book 136 of Deeds, Page 105 in the office <br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds). <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever; and Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that Grantors are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from en- <br />cumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority <br />to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and <br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of <br />all persons whomsoever; and the said Grantors hereby relingui:sh <br />all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-described <br />premises. <br />Signed this / ,~ tt` day of September, 1981. <br />STATEMEWT ATTACHED -- ~ ~ ~~ <br />NEBRASKA MDOCU ZENTARY.
