(855.0) feet north of the southeast corner of said Section Twenty Seven (27); thence westerly parallel to the south line of said Section Twenty Seven (27), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Forty Two aad Eighty Five Hundredths (1,142.85) feet to the southeasterly line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence northeasterly along said southeasterly line of the Union Pacific Railroad, a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight and Ninety One Hundredths (1,338.91) feet to the east line of said Section Twenty Seven (27), thence southerly along the east line of said Section Twenty Seven (27), a distance of Six Hundred Ninety and Eleven Hundredths (690.11) feet to the place of beginning and containing 9.053 acres more or leas of which 0.515 acres more or less are occupied by County right-of-way.
