A. <br />A Corporation organized and existing under the taws of the [ United States ,and having <br />its principal place of business in Jackson County, Missouri, owner and holder of <br />the note evidencing the debt secured by deed of trust executed by <br />HEINZi'IAN ENGINEERING INC. <br />R~e~~iggter <br />dated October 27 1977 > and recorded November 1 1977 > in the office of the7~hO~ of <br />Nebraska <br />Deeds for Hall County, t3[ at under Document number <br />77-006338 in Book at page for value received, does hereby release from <br />the lien and effect of said deed of trust the following part of the property therein described, to•wit: <br />Part of a tract of land comprising a part of the East Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter (E'~) of Section Twenty Seven (27), <br />Township Eleven (11) Plorth, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the east Line of said Section Twenty <br />Seven (27), said point being Eight Hundred Fifty Five.
