<br />HARVESTER COMFKNY, a New 3ersey corporation, having an o#fice at 441 North Michigan
<br />Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 50611 (hereinafter called "Grantor") and STEPHEN E, HANSEN and
<br />JUDY D. HANSEN, az tenants-in-rommon (tsereinafter tailed "Grantee'j.
<br />WITNESSETH•
<br />The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR
<br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS {$364,500.00' in hand paid by Grantee,
<br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does remise, release,
<br />alien and convey unto Grantee, and to its successors and assigns forever, certain real estate
<br />situated in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, whiff is described in
<br />Exhibit. A-attached hereto ~d made a part hereof.
<br />SU$7ECT TO:
<br />(1) General real estate taxes not yet due and payable, and
<br />(2) Acts- done or suffered by and judgments agains*_ Purchaser and any parties
<br />claiming by, through or under Purchazer, and
<br />(3) Covenants, conditions and restrictions of record, and
<br />(4) Private, public and utility easements and roads and highways, if any.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and tht
<br />reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim ar demand whatsoever, of Grantor, either in law or
<br />equity,- of, in and to the said real estate with the hereditments and appurtenances: TO
<br />HAVE AND TO HOLD the said real estate with the appurtenances, unto Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR warrants to Grantee and Grantee's successors in title that Grantor has not
<br />created or permitted to be created any lien, charge or encumbrance against the said real
<br />estate which is not shown among the title excepts listed above; and Grantor covenants that
<br />Grantor will de#end the said real estate to the extent of the warranties made herein against
<br />the ~+ar#ul claims of all persons.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused its corporate seal to be hereto affixed,
<br />and ltss cause:+ its name to be hereto signed by its Vice President, and attested by its
