<br />municipal corporatian (hereinafter usually referred t_o as "City"), acting
<br />Chrougkt its Community Development Agency, for rehahi_iitation of a dwelling on
<br />premises owned by :[omeoyn~er which are hereinafter described, and far the granting
<br />by City Co llomeosmer of Federal funds in the amount of Six thousand one hundred

<br />in gayment of the cost of such re'rahilitatioa, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMu NT has, among ether things, agreed {a} to
<br />repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain cir-
<br />cumstances described fn the AGREEifENT, and (b} to execute and deliver to City an
<br />instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to secure
<br />such repayment,
<br />NOW, THBREFORE, in consideration of such AGREErFcNT with City,
<br />Audrey Lich, a single person (hereinabove and herein-
<br />below referred to as "Homeowner"), do hereby grant to CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NE&RASI{A, A Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot 8. Meves First Addition
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Isiand,
<br />Nebraska, according to the retarded plat
<br />thereof,
<br />to secure repayr,:ent to r.he Cit-a of Grand Is Land, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove referred to or, as the case may
<br />be, a part thereof in accordance wi-th the terns and canditions set forth in the
<br />DISASTER REPAIR AGREEMENT to which reference is made hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises for a period of two
<br />~2) years from this date, and shall also bind the successors and assigns
<br />and, except as provided in such AGREEMENT. the personal representatives, heirs,
<br />devisees, and legatees of Homeowner.
