<br />ORDItr'ANCE NO. 6764 <br />An ordinance to vacate an existing easement in Lot One ~1), <br />Lassonde Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska; and to provide <br />the effective date of this ordinance. <br />RE ZT ORDAINED 8Y THE AlAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That an easement recorded on Document 80-005920 <br />in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, and more particu- <br />larly described as the easterly eight t8) feet of Lot One tl), <br />Lassonde Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska, said tract of <br />land containing 0.08 acres, more or less, all as shown on the <br />plat dated 9/30/81 marked Exhibit "A", atf~ached hereto and incor- <br />porated herein by reference, be, and hereby is, vacated. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance is hereby directed to be filed <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3.
