<br />ORDINAP4C£ NO. 6761 <br />An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1015; defining the boundaries <br />of the district; providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving, <br />guttering, and all incidental work in connect therewith; and providing the effective date of <br />this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1015 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />1s hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: <br />Beginning at a point along the easterly right-of-way line of Stuhr Road, <br />said point being 300 feet North of the northerly right-of-way line of <br />Bismark Road in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW$SW'y) <br />of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven fll) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />' of the 6th P.M.; thence westerly 300 feet from and parallel to the north- <br />erly line of Bismark Road until intersecting with the easterly right-of-way <br />line of Cherry Street; thence deflecting left along the easterly line <br />of Cherry Street fora distance of 122 feet, more or less, to a point <br />which intersects with the extended Line of the southerly boundary of Martin <br />Subdivision; thence deflecting right along Che southerly boundary of Martin <br />Subdivision and the extended line thereof for a distance of 383.63 feet <br />to the easterly boundary of Double R Second Subdivision; thence deflecting <br />right along the easterly line of Double R Subdivision fnr a distance of <br />225 feet, more or less; thence deflecting left to a point along the east- <br />erly right-of-way line of Joehnck Road, said point being at the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 3 of Walker's Subdivision; thence deflecting right along <br />the easterly line of Joehnck Road to a point 300 feet from and perpend- <br />icular to the northerly line of Bismark Road; thence deflecting left 300 <br />feet from and parallel to the northerly line of Bismark Road until inter- <br />secting with the easterly boundary of Spelts Schultz Addition; thence <br />deflecting left along the easterly boundary of Spelts Schultz Addition <br />~ w for a distance of 7 feet; thence deflecting right 300 feet from and para- <br />W llel to the northerly line of Bismark Road a distance of 142.1 feet; thence <br />p ~ ~ deflecting left along the easterly right-of-way line of Plum Road for <br />~- ~ a distance of 12$ feet; thence deflecting righc fora distance of 142 <br />~~ a feet to point along the West boundary of Steele Subdivision, said point <br />~ ~ beictg 161.5 feet South of the southerly right-of-way line of Moves Avenue; <br />~, ~'° thence deflecting left along the West boundary of Steele Subdivision a <br />p ~ dxstaflee o€ 7 feet; thence deflecting right along the northern boundary <br />of Koehler Subdivi~~cn and continuing westerly 165 feet from and paral2eL <br />to the northerly 1?~ of Bismark Road until intersecting with the westerly <br />I rishr__nf_w.ay ttna of Vin° $tr°°.t• *'henCe .^.@fleCting 1^cft along the vrcStcriy <br />'~'~--- line of Vine Street for a distance~of 165 feet to the northerly line of <br />Bismark Road; thence deflecting right along the northerly line of Bismark <br />Road a distance of 1,811.99 feet; thence deflecting right along the north- <br />erly Bismark Road right-of-way line a distance of 53.84 feek; thence <br />deflecting right along the easterly right-of-way line of Locust Street <br />a distance of 81.7 feet; thence deflecting Left a distance of 77 feet <br />to a point where the westerly Line of Locust Street intersects with the <br />northerly line of Anna Street; thence deflecting left along the northerly <br />line of Anna Street to the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 8, Wiebe's <br />Addition; thence deflecting left to a point along the southerly right-of-- <br />way line of Anna Street at the northeasterly most point of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Tucker's Addition; thence deflecting Left along the Northeast line <br />of Lot L, Block L, Tucker's Addition, for a distance of 44.68 feet: thence <br />deflecting right along [he westerly right-of.-way of Locust Street until <br />this line intersects with the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 1, Tucker's <br />Addition; thence deflecting left to a point where the eastern right-of-way <br />line of Locust Street intersects with the South right-of-way line of <br />Bismark Road; thence deflecting right along the southerly line of Bismark <br />Road for a disance of 40 feet, more or less; thence deflecting right along <br />the southerly Line of Bismark Road until this Line intersects with the <br />westerly boundary of United Church Addition; theme deflecting Left along <br />Che West boundary of United Church Addition a distance of 7 feet; thenee <br />deflecting righc along the South right-of-way line of Bismark Road a <br />distance of 554.475 feet; thence deflecting right along the easterly <br />right-of-way line of Vine Street a distance of 197.8 feet; thence deflect- <br />ing right along the easterly line of Vine Street to a point 300 fee: from <br />and perpendicular to the southerly line of Bismark Road• thence deflecting <br />left 300 feet from and parallel to the southerly line of Bismark Road <br />
