PROMISSORY NOTE $1,800.00 Grand Island, 2vE September I, 1981 POR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promise to gay to the order of ISLAND INSUt'iANCE, ZNC. at its address at 2222 West Second Street, Grand Island, NE 68801, or at such other place as the holder hereof may designate, in writing, the principal sum of EIGHTEEN HUNDRED & no/100 --($1,$00.00)-----DOLLARS in lawful money of the United States, with interest from the date hereof at sixteen per cent (16%) per annum on the principal balance remaining from said time. The principal shall be payable in twenty (20) monthly installments beginning October 1, 1981 in the amount of $50.00 each, for .October, November, and December, 1981, and $100.0 on the first day of each month thereafter until May 1, 1983 when the final principal payment will be $50.00. .Accrued interest shall be paid on the first day of each month at the same time principal is paid until both principal and interest are fully paid, pursuant to the Repayment Schedule attached as Exhibit "A". If default is made in the payment of said principal and interest fir ten (10) days after due date, or if default is made in the real estate mortgage securing this promissory note for a period of ten (IO) days after any provision of the mortgage is to be performed, the entire balance and accrued interest shall, at once, become due and payable at the option of the holder of this note.
