<br />Lukash, d/b/a Action Concepts; Lamp, Rynearson & Associa*_es,
<br />Inc,; Viola A. Green, d/b/a The Siebert Company; BPCM, Inc.;
<br />Postal Fina,~c8 Company; anu iicai Estate Education Company; the
<br />object a;?d prayer of which is to foreclose certain real estate
<br />mortgages on the following-described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lots One (1}, Two (2) and Three (3) in Ravenoaks
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, also known as Lot Ten (10) of Island Acres, A
<br />S~wbdivision, in West Half of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 8, Township Eleven (11) North, F.ange Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />These Mortgages were given by the Defendants Lawrence K.
<br />Hankinson and Jeanenne E. Hankinson an September 13, 1977, and
<br />November 9, 1978, to Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island,
<br />and said Mortgages were duly filed for record in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the i5th day
<br />of September, 1877, as instrument number 77-005321 and on the
