<br />the Feeal Estate Mortgage dated Deca[i~er 22, 1979, for the aimimt of Forty Four
<br />~usand 4to Htmdr+ed Fifty Mine and No/100 Dollars ($44,259.00) which secures
<br />the above described Px~nissory Note, which shall beccxae due on the 2nd day of
<br />January, 1993.
<br />This Assignment is given to secure tl~ payment of the indebtedness of the
<br />undersigned to 2ise Overland National Baiilc of Grand Island.
<br />It is further agreed that this Assignment shall be hindiixt upon the
<br />successors and assigns of the Assignors.
