NELSON and RHONDA S. NELSON, husband and-wife, as joint tenants and not as tenon*_s in Common, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Seven (7), Block Eleven (11), Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the Premises.
