<br />Eaglewood Acres Subdivision, as surveyed, plated and
<br />recorded in Hall County, Nebraska; thence S 89 55'08"
<br />for 178.63 feet along the northerly Line of said
<br />Eaglewood Acres Subdivision; thence N 0 04'55" W for
<br />25.00 feet to the nor~herly line of the said permanent
<br />driveway; thence N 89 55'08" W for 207.41 feet to a
<br />goint on the said easterly right-of-way line of Linden

<br />Said easement is for the sole purpose of a driveway for ingress
<br />and egress over, across, through and upon said real estate. Said
<br />Easement shall be perpetual and shall run with the above-

<br />Grantees' heirs, successors and assigns forever and for the
