<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, also known as
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2y and Three (3) in Raven-
<br />oaks Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which mortgage was recorded in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds an September 15, 1977, as instrument number
<br />77-005321, together with the notes or obligations therein described,
<br />without recourse or in any event or for any cause.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Assignee, its
<br />executors, successors, administrators or assigns, subject only to
<br />the provisions contained in the said Indenture of Mortgage.
