<br />Notiee is hereby given that pursuant to a Contract cuf Sale dated
<br />t)ctober i 198'1, Lf}RENE E. McELROY and FRANCIS E. McELROY, het ?~usband,
<br />have agreed to sell to ROBERT? PUifI' & SUPPLY COMPAPIY, INC. of Grand Zsiand,
<br />Stall County, Nebraska, the following described real estate under contract,
<br />with the final installment being due on the 1st day of October 2001:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots Six (6) and Seven {7), in

<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
