<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />1, The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its city
<br />council on August 3, 1981, enacted Ordinance No. b743 which directed
<br />the cafsveyarice of the real estate described below and the manner and
<br />terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. b743 was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a IPgal newspaper published in and of general circulation
<br />in such City on August IO, 1481, and immediately thereafter, notice
<br />of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent for three consecutive weeks, on August 10, August
<br />l7, and August 24, 1981, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S.
<br />2943.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the city
<br />council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of
<br />the passage and publication of such Ordinance No. 6743.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6743 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk-
<br />finsace director shall make, execute, and deliver to the Grantee a
<br />Quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution of such quit-
<br />clai~i aced iii hereby authorized without r'.urther action on behalf or
<br />the city council.
<br />NtiW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br />corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of
<br />Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00), does hereby quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />CENTRAL NEBRASKA GOODWILL INDUSTRIES, INC.,
<br />a non-profit corporation in Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the
<br />Grantee, the following described real property i.n Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE~SE~) of Section Twenty-one
<br />(21) , Township Eleven (11) north, kange t~'~tre (S)
<br />West of the 6th P,s . , cull County, Nebraska _. !Hare
<br />particularly described as cou~encing at the Southeast
<br />corner of Slack sixteen {16), Pleasant dome Subdivision,
<br />an addition to the -City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />said point being thirty-three (33) feet West of the
<br />East line of said Section Twenty-one {21); thence
<br />running South parallel to and thirty-three (33) feet
<br />West from the East line of said Section Twenty=one (21)
<br />for a distance of nine hundred six and five-tenths
<br />(406.5) feet to the South line of a tract conveyed to
<br />Otto F. Zlamke, Jr., and Eugenia ~.lomke as recorded in
<br />Deed Baok 60 at Page 587 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; thence turning a
<br />right angle and running [+est for a distance of five
<br />hundred sixty-six (5665 feet to the actual paint of
<br />beginning; thence continuing West for a distance of
<br />twenty-five (25) feet; thence turning a right angle and
<br />running North for a distance of thirty {30) feet;
