<br />pursuant to a Decree of Divorce and attached Property Settle-
<br />meet Agreement entered on or about June 23, 1981, in the Listrict
<br />Court of Mall County, Nebraska, in the matter of Lynn William
<br />Mettenbrink, petitioner, vs. Billie Jo Mettenbrink, respondent,
<br />Case No. 73-057, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />Canvey, and confirm unto Lynn William Mettenbrink, herein called
<br />the grantee, any and all right, title, and interest which grantor
<br />may possess in the following described real property in Hall

<br />in Connection with said real property:
