<br />-- This Mortgage is entered into between Robert D Atm5t5tist and Kenneth L. Almguist, As
<br />Tenants in Common
<br />- (herein "Mortgagor") and
<br />FIt1E POINTS BANK- (herein "Mortgagee").
<br />- Mortgagor is indebted to Mortgagee in the principal sum of $24 000.00 ,evidenced by Mortgagor's note

<br />thereof; including, but not limited to, heating and cooling equipment and such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constiWte a fixture: all of which, including replacements and additions thereto, is hereby dedared . .
