<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES
<br />(TESTATE ESTATE)
<br />THIS DEED is made by Stella Marie Whitworth and R. Stanley Torpin, as
<br />Personal Representatives of the Estate of Gerald L. Whitworth, Deceased,
<br />Grantors, to Lonn Hoselton, Michelle Hoselton and any other children
<br />hereafter born to"Penny Marie Hoselton, Grantees.
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will of Gerald L. Whitworth, Deceased, was duly ad-
<br />mitted to informal probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal Representatives of said
<br />estate and now are qualified and acting in said capacity; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons entitled to
<br />distribution of the hereinafter - described real property, and Grantors
<br />are authorized to distribute the same to Grantees,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer, and release to
<br />Grantees the following described real property:
<br />An undivided one-half interest in and to the following described
<br />real estate, to-wit: The West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(W~SE~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW~), and the North Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (N~SWi), and the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW~SW~), All in Section Twenty-two (22),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P. M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, containing seventy (70) acres,
<br />subject to the full use, possession and enjoyment of said premises by
<br />Stella Marie Whitworth fn?- and during *_he ter^Y of her natural life,
<br />and at the death of Stella Marie Whitworth, subject to the full use,
<br />possession and enjoyment of Penny Marie Hoselton, for and during the
<br />term of her natural life,
<br />together with all tenements, hereidatments, and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions of record.
