Hoagland, Sharon Hoagland <br />and the First Savings Company, the object and prayer of which is <br />to foreclose a certain real estate mortgage on the following- <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Lot One (1) of Norwood Subdivision of part of the <br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W~NW~) of <br />Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine t9) west of the 6th P.M., excepting <br />therefrom the west 134 feet of the south 71.8 <br />feet of the north 150.5 feet therefrom, in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This Mortgage was given by the Defendant, LaMoine I. Hoagland, <br />together with his wife at that time, Mary J.
