<br />As provided in the Bnnd secured hereby, while this mortgage remains in eftcct the mortgagee may hereafter advance additional awns to the
<br />makers of said Bond, their assigns or successors in interest, which sums shall 6e within the security of this mortgage the same as the funds originally
