<br />Lambert's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due thereunder,
<br />including interest thereon, TO-HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second-
<br />part, its successors and assigns forever, subject only to the provisos of said INDENTURE OF
<br />MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the said
<br />party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocably, in it name, or otherwise,
<br />but at-their own proper costs and charges, to have, use, and take all lawful ways and c:eans
<br />for.the.recovery of the said money and interest,. and, in case of payment, to discharge the
<br />same as the party of the first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
