<br />party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Thirty seven thousand one hundred

<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
<br />presents, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned,
<br />transferred, and set over, and, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />and set over unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a certain
<br />INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, bearing date 28th of August , 19 81 Recorded '

<br />and made by Kenneth H. Tell and Jan Nuernberger Tell, Husband and wife
<br />to Superior Mortgages Inc. and all its right, title and interest to the premises therein
<br />described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7 ), in Block Six (6 ), in Windolph's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due thereunder,
<br />including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
<br />part, i[s successors and assigns forever, subject only to the provisos of said INDENTURE OF
<br />MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the said
<br />party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocably, in it name, or otherwise,
<br />but at their own proper costs and charges, to have, use,. and take all lawful ways and nears
<br />for the recovery of the said money and interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the
<br />-same as the party of the first-part might, or could do, if these presents were-not made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Mortgage, Inc,- a corporation of the state of Nebraska
<br />has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its President, and attested
<br />by its- Vice President- and its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed the 31st day
