That pursuant to a petition of property owners there be and hereby is created in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, a street improvement district to be known and designated as Street Improvement District No. 81-8 of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska. Section 2. That the cuter boundaries of Street Improvement 2istrict No. 81-t3 include, ir. additicn to the street to be improved, all of the property directly abutting upon the street to be improved, and within which district the following street shall be improved by paving with curb, gutter and necessary appurtenances: Ale,...ndr~~ Str~et fr,.... the ~...:th l~..e ... da~~~ Street to Highway No. 2. Section 3. Said street shall be imprcved and said improvements shall be made in accordance witC~ t:he plans, specifications and estimates prepared by special engineers employed by the village and to be approved by the Chairman and Board. Said improvements shall be made at public cost but special assessments on the specially benefited property shall be levied to reimkLurse the village to thhe extent prcvided by law. =i`he property included within the boundaries and limits of said District, as here}nbetOre described and defined, is hereby declared to be especially benefitea by said work and ing~~rovemertts and special assessments against the same shall be made as hereafter prescribed.
