ORDINANCE NO. _~~ i°^S)~l~~£~ AN ORDINANCE GREAT'ING STREET ZMF'RO;IEMENT DISTRICT NO. $1-g IN THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NSBRASKe~, ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMP3tOt1EMENTS THEREIN AND GRDERZNG- THE PUBLZCATIrJ'N OF THE ORDINANCE IN PARSPHLET FORM. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA: Section 1. That pursuant to a petition of property owners there be and hereby is created in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, a street improvement district to be known and designated as Street Improvement District No. $1-9 of the Village. of Cairo, Nebraska. Section 2. That the cuter boundaries of Street improvement District No. $1-9 include, in addition to the street to be improved, all of the property directly abutting upon the street to be improved- Within which district the following street shall be improved by paving with curb, gutter and necessary appurtenances: Medina Street from Said Street to Memphis Street. Section 3. Said street shall be improved and said improvements shall be made in accordance tai*_h the plans, specifications and estimates prepared by special engineers employed by the village and to be approved by the Chairman and Board.
