ORDZNANCE NO. ~ .~" ; AN ORDINANCE CRx.nTING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 81-5 APiD 81-7 ZN THE VILLAGE Oi: CAIRO, NEBRASKA, ORDERING TAE CONSTRUCTION QF 3'I`REET IMFROVEMENTS TAEREZN AND ORDERING THE PUBLICATION OF THE ORDI- NAE IN PAl~FHLET FORM. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHRZRMAN AND BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA: section 1. That pursuant to peti*_ions of property owners there be and hereby are created in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, street improve- scent districts to be known and designated as Street Improvement Districts ~fos. 81-6 and 81-7 of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska. Section 2. That the outer boundaries of Street Improvement District No. 81-6 include, in addition to the street to be improved, all of the property directly abutting upon the street to be improved, and erithin which district the following street silaii be improved by paving xith curb, gutter and necessary appurtenances: Suez Street from the north line of Syria Street to the north line of Mecca Street. Section 3.
