That the limits, boundaries end improvements to be ride in Street Improvement District No. 81-4 are defined and estab- lisped as follows: Commencing at a point on the west line of Said Street midway between Yecca Street and Syria Street; thence east along a line and midway between said streets to the west line of High Street; thence south along the west line of High Street a distahce of 3~p feet; thence west along a line 1503 €eet south of and parallel to the south line o€ Syria Street to its intersection with the southerly extension of the west line of Said Street; thence north to the point of beginning and within which District the following street shall be improved by paving with curb, gutter and necessary agpurtenances: Syria Street from the west boundary of Said Street to the west boundary of High Street. • Section 6. Said streets shall be improved and said improvements shall be made in accordance with the plans., specifications and estimates pregared by special engineers employed by the Village and to be approved } by the Chairman and Board. Said improvements shall be made at public cost but special assessments on the specially benefited p~ogerty shall be levied to reimburse the Village to the extent provided by law. The property included within the boundaries and limits of said Districts, as hereinbefore described and defined, is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said work and improvements and special assessments against *he same shall be !gads as hereafter prescribed.
