<br />Ai~iD ROBERT L. WISSEL, Wife and Husband, herein called Grantors, in consideration
<br />of OME ~stti(,e receipt of which is "rereby acknowledged, hereby
<br />grants-and conveys-unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hali County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />underground electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through an eight (8) foot wide tract of land located
<br />in part of Lot One (1) of Wedgewaod Subdivision, an addition to the city of
<br />- Grand Island, Nebraska, the centerline being mare particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot One (1);
<br />thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly Line of said
<br />Lot One (1), a distance of thirty eight and five-tenths {38.5)
<br />feet to the point of beginning; thence deflecting 67°44' and
<br />running Southwesterly, a distance of seventy seven and nine-
<br />tenths (77.9) feet, to a point on the South line of said
<br />Lot One (1}, being ninety nine and one-tenth (99.1) feet West
<br />of the Southeasterly corner of said Lot One (1). Said tract
<br />of land containing 0.01 acres more or less as shown on the
<br />plat dated 6/23/81, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and
<br />incorporated herein by reference,

<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described tract of land for
<br />installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such utilities and ap-
<br />purtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, accupatioo, and ea~oyment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other
<br />obatrvctions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection, mainte-
<br />nance., repair, replacement, extension, removal, or operation of such utilities.
<br />No improvemeuta, structures, buildings, fences, or other obatructians of any
<br />k°,ad.vtaatsnever, shall be allowed in. upon, above, along, across, underneath, or
<br />through the easement herein granted.
