<br />wife (hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or more) have
<br />entered into a certain written HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT dated the
<br />72 th day of p~qy 19 B~ vith the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a municipal corporation (hereinafter usually referred to as "City"),
<br />acting through its Community Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling,
<br />on premises owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, and for the grant-
<br />ing by City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of NINE THOUSAND'
<br />uZ(yE MUESQj{EC! 5IX & 75~1QD Dollars ($ 9.9G6.75 } to be applied
<br />in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and
<br />W1iEREAS, liomeawner in such AGREEMENT has, among other things, agreed (a) to
<br />repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain cir-
<br />cumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and {b) to execute and deliver to City as
<br />instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premfaes to secure
<br />such zepaymeat,
<br />NOIi, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with City,
<br />RIlBERT A. ~ LINDA G. I(OET' husband and wife (hereinabave and herein-
<br />below referred to as "tomeowner"), do hereby grant to CITY OF GRA.PID ISLAND,
<br />NE$RA^ska', a ;£.~:cipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />follovitag described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />Chereaf,
<br />to secure repayment to the t=ity of Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereInabove referred to or, as the case may
<br />be, a part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions set Earth in the
<br />ti£#HSING REHABILiTATI€h't` fiRA~lT AGREEMENT to which referenee is made hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises for a period of _
