<br />(hereinafter usually re€erred to as "Homeowner", whether one or more) have
<br />_, entered into a certain written HOtF5I21G REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT dated

<br />Nebraska, a municipal corporation {hereinafter usually referred to as "City"},
<br />acting through its Coaasunity 1Jevelopment Agency, for rehabilitation of a
<br />duelling on premises Ducted 6y };omeowner which are hereinafter described, and
<br />for the granting by City to Homeowner of r^ederal funds in the amount of
<br />Tea Thousgteci and 40/140----------------- Dollars ($10,000.04 ) to be
<br />applied in payment of the cost o£ such rehabilitation, and
<br />41KZ;REAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has, among other things, agreed (a)
<br />to repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereat to City in certain
<br />circumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and lb) to execute and deliver to
<br />City an instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises
<br />~ to secure such repayment,
<br />' Nfl'W, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with City, Dean
<br />` and Gertrude Grantham , husband and wife {hereinabove and herein-

<br />t NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />c followfng described real estate situated in Bali County, Nebraska:

<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat

<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove referred to or, as the case
<br />may be, a part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth
<br />in the H©LSING REHABILITATION GRAN'i',IGRfEMENT to which reference is made herein-

<br />Tkte li®n herein granted shall run with the premises and shall also bind
<br />the successors and assigns and, except as provided in such AGREiiPIEN'I', the
