Pischer, husband and wife, of 19 Kuesters Lake, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as: Part of Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, assignor herein, for value recieved, hereby seil, assign, trans- fer, and set over to Alfred Burson and Irma Burson, husband and wife, of 1822 O Street, Ord, Valley County, Nebraska, assignee herein, the sum of $11,929.64 as of May 13, 1981, together with daily interest accrual in the amount of $3.68 per day from said date, which said sum is a portion of the amount to become dae us from the sale of our home premises which we have currently listed far sale with a real estate broker. We hereby grant same to assignee, with full power and authority to collect the above sum to become due in our name, and Z appoint assignee attorney in fact to place said sum to his own use and to give receipt therefore in full dischage of said obliga- tion in my name. Upon full payment of the amount assigned herein to the assignee, said assignee agrees to return the original pramisory note dated September i3, 1980, to the assignor. Notice of this assignment :nay be give at the aption of either party to any raal estate broker cantracted by us to sell said premises or to his duly authorized agents. This assignment may also be recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
