<br />Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />against ROBERT D. HAUMONT and KATHLEEN L, fdAUMONT, Husband and
<br />Wife, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK CF GRAND ISLAND, A Banking
<br />Corporation, as Trustee far, the ESTATE OF HENRY F. SCHEEL, and
<br />JOHN DOE and DOE, His Wife, Real and True Name Unknown
<br />defendants, t e o ect and prayer of which is to foreclose a
<br />certain mortgage of $48,650.00, on the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), except the Easterly One Hundred
<br />Sixty-Five Feet (165.00') thereof, Scheel's
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by defendants ROBERT D. tlAUMONT and KATHLEEN L. HAUMONT,
<br />Husband and Wife, on the i4th day of December, 1979, in favor
<br />of MORTGAGE PLUS INCORPORATED, which mortgage was assigned to
<br />plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 14th day of December, 1979, at 2:?1 p.m., and was duly
<br />recorded as Document No. 79-008124.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is naw due $51,509.59 an
<br />said mortgage and note secured thereby and prays~e sale o
<br />said real estate described above to satisfy the amount found du
<br />on the said plaintiff's mortgage, and interest and costs.
