.d ORDINANCE N0. 6747 An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1011, defining the boundaries of the district, and providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith. BE IT 4RDAIGtED BY SHE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TtiE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Zmprovement District No. 1311 in *_he City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at a point on the South Line of North Front Street, said point also being the Northwaat corner of Lot 5, Block 23, Packer and Bazr's Second Addition; chance easterly on the South line of Korth Front Street for a distance of 300 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 22, Packer and nazr's Second Addition; thence deflecting southerly perpendicular to :.orth Front Street a distance of 280 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Black 22, Packer and Barr's Second Addition; thence deflecting R~eaterly along the North line of Blake S} sat e di° ^f 30O fn thu c.,_rhrxmgr corner of Lnt 1, >Block 2~, Pecker and Barr`x Second Addition; thence deflecting northerly perpendicular to Blake Street a distance of 2B3 feet to the point of beginning, all as shown •n the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3.
