A, <br />;. <br />~~ describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such sub- <br />division, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and <br />easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such <br />subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br />and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to <br />accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a <br />dedication of the streets to .the use and benefit of the public and of <br />easements to the use of public utilities forever. In consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat of said BLOCK 7, UNIT THREE, CONTINENTAL <br />GL~Rt?HNS, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at their <br />expense the, following improvements: <br />1. Residential Development. The proposed subdivision constitutes <br />a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36-27 of the Crand <br />Island City Code. For that zeason, the Subdividers agree that the <br />continuing requirements of Sectian 36-27 of the Crand 'Island City Code <br />pertaining to residential development under the planned unit develop- <br />ment will be corsplfed with by the Subdividers. <br />Z. hater. The Subdivider agrees to construct water mains <br />in the subdivision to serve all lot4 in the subdivision in accordance <br />with the plats afrpravsd ~y the City's Ttirects~r f Public: G2orks and <br />aub~sc~_~o the City's inspection, and agrees to connect al; structures <br />in the subdivision to said water mains. <br />3. Sanitarr~ Sewer. The Subdivider agrees to construct sanitary <br />sewer mains to serve all lots in the subdivision in accordance with <br />the plena and specifications €tpproved by the City's Director of Public <br />Works attd subject tv the City's inspection, and agrees to cvnnect alI <br />structures in the subdivision to said sanitary sewer mains.. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the subdivision <br />. l~asical.ly in accordance with the plans on .file with the t'.ity`s Director <br />€~~ Public Works for the drainage of Continental C=ardens Subdivision <br />prepared by Mits Kewamot~o, dated .]anuary "r, 1475, sub,jeet to the final <br />app~covsl of the City's Director of Public Works as to their compliance <br />with such: plans, and that such subdivision drainb to the public right- <br />. o€-vay. <br />- 2 - <br />
