<br />i30TICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed
<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein
<br />the Commercial National Bank and Trust Company, A National
<br />Banking Association, is Plaintiff, and Darryl C. Wilhelmi;
<br />Harold Dale Parsons; First National Bank & Trust Company
<br />of Lincoln; City of Grand Island, Nebraska; Ha1i County,
<br />Nebraska; Hoppe Lumber Company, Johnson Cashway Lumber
<br />Company; Viola Green, dlbla Siebert Company; Douglas E.
<br />O'Brien; and Spelts-Schultz Lumber Company are Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting
<br />from the Defendants Darryl C. Wilheimi and Harold Dale
<br />Parsons of the amounts due *_'he Plaintiff on that certain
<br />Mortgage dated August 23, 19$0, and filed in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Ha1i County, Nebraska, on
<br />October i7, 19$0, as Document No. 80-005$84, and on that
<br />certain ;lortgage dated December 29, 1980, and filed in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on December 31, I9$0, as Document "Jo. 80-007458, wherein
<br />Darryl C. Wilhelmi and Harold Dale Parsons mortgaged and
<br />conveyed to the Plaintiff the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Ten {10) o£ Hclcemb's Highway Homes, a
<br />Subdivision of a part of the Northeast Quaxter
<br />of the Northeast ~juarter {NE-'4NEw) and part of
<br />Lot Four {4}, 2lainland, of Section Twenty-eight
<br />t28}, Township eleven {lI), North, Range Nine {9},
<br />West of the 6th P.t., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the "iortgapes .and to have the
<br />same declared liens upon the interest of Darr=rl C. Ediihelmi
<br />and Harold Dale Parsons in the real estate and appurtenances
<br />thereto; to have the real estate :end appurtenances sold to
<br />satisfy the amount sa found due, together with the casts o£
