Mueller, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Grantors for valuable consideration paid by Grantee, herein- <br />after described, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do <br />hereby give, grant and convey unto the Village of Alda, Nebraska, <br />a municipal corporation, Grantee, a perpetual easement and right- <br />of-way over, across, under, through and upon the following de- <br />scribed real estate, to-wit: <br />A tract of land comprising the Westerly Thirty <br />(30) feet of the easterly Two Hundred Sixty-six <br />and Six Tenths (256.5) feet of the Northerly <br />Four Hundred Eighty-eight (4R8.0) feet of the <br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W~NW~y) of <br />Section Eight (L), Township Ten (10) worth, <br />Ranexe Ten (10) West of the 5th P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Said easement is for sewer purposes ar.d for the purpose of instal- <br />lation, construction, ;^airtenance, replacement ar_3 operation of a <br />sewer line or lines operated bl' the Grantee at its waste water <br />plant site immediately adjoirrng said easement to the south and by <br />acceptance of this easement the C-rantee aarf~es that it will not <br />intentianaily interfere with the use of the surface lar=d by the <br />owner sad that it is rot responsible for any crop loss for the <br />use of the easement. <br />To have and to bald said casement unto the C_-rantee, its heirs, <br />successors and assigns as appurtenant to the land and every part <br />thereof.
