<br />2, Ordinance ?~o. b5b5 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent. a legal newspaper published in and of general
<br />circulation in such City, an February 25, 1980, and immediately
<br />thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms thereaf were pub-
<br />lished in the Grand Isiand Daily Independent for three consecut-
<br />ive weeks, on February 25, 'larch 3, and March x0, 2980, ail as
<br />required by Section ib-202, r`~..R.S. 1943.
<br />3. ~'o remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />city council of the City of-Grand Isiand, tdebraska, within thirty
<br />days cif the passage and publication of such Ordinance tio. b565.
<br />4, Sectian «f Ordinance X30. x565 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city
<br />clerk-finance director shall make, executive, and deliver to the
<br />Grantees a quitclaim need for said real estate, and the execution
<br />tyf such quitciairr deed is l:erebz autharized without further action
<br />on behalf of the cite council.
